Communication with Lenders and Other Bank Employees

We are continuing to staff our branches and have employees working in settings that maximize health and safety for all. As we continue to meet your banking needs, we want to encourage increased communication with bank staff by phone and/or email.


Digital Banking Tools

As a reminder, we encourage customers to utilize our Digital Banking tools when possible at either www.banklegacy.com or by downloading our Mobile Banking application by searching “Legacy Bank Iowa.” Our Digital Banking products will allow you to conduct the following transactions:
• View balances, transactions and statements
• Deposit checks by means of our Mobile App: snap a picture of your check to deposit into your Legacy Bank account. We have recently waived all fees for this service.
• Pay your bills through our Digital Banking Bill Payment
• Transfer funds
